Chris Ralph is a Senior Backend Developer at RAD Intel, where he focuses on building reliable, well-architected backend systems. He brings more than two decades of principal-level experience across fintech, gaming, hospitality and e-commerce, with expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, third-party integrations and applied LLM product integration. His approach centers on clear tradeoffs, simple designs and systems teams can confidently operate and evolve.

Outside work, Chris enjoys cooking and spending time with his two dogs. He moved from Australia to Canada in the early 2000s after meeting his wife in an online chat room — one he later went on to own.
